Active with the American Heart Association, John M. Kennedy, MD, is known as a stress expert who provides companies with dedicated support in workplace stress reduction efforts. As founder of Encardia Wellness John M. Kennedy, MD, has developed the accessible, guided BREATHE™ Technique, which centers on an app-based tool for eliminating emotional stress and heart disease.
Among Dr. Kennedy’s additional areas of focus is the guided imagery program Healing Your Heart from Inside Out, which is centered on patients requiring invasive cardiac procedures. He is knowledgeable in strategies for optimizing performance under pressure that also contribute to overall wellness.
Dr. Kennedy maintains a leadership role with Kindred Health Systems in Los Angeles and facilitates multidisciplinary, patient-centered care. Members of his team provide evidence-based treatment in areas such as respiratory therapy and dietary management, as well as occupational therapy.
John M. Kennedy, MD, completed his doctor of medicine from Brown University Medical School and earned elected membership in the Sigma Xi Medical Honor Society with honors in areas such as cardiology and gastroenterology.
